Dr. H. Eddie Fox, the World Director of Evangelism, has had a continuing relationship with Estonia for more than two decades. He first visited the area in l980 and the Connecting Congregation program began there in 1992. Today, there are 16 World Methodist Connecting Congregations in Estonia, the largest number in any of the former communist countries.
